2010 Jane Addams Scholarship Awards
This year Maingate was proud to present three Jane Addams Business Career Center seniors with $500 scholarships to attend the college of their choice. Two of this year's awardees have been accepted to Wright State University and the other will be attending Youngstown State University. On June 3, 2010 Mike May and Callie Cripps attended the Annual Senior Recognition and Awards Ceremony. Mike presented the three Maingate scholarship winners with certificates recognizing their academic achievement and congratulated them on their success.
Thanks to the $500 challenge grant and generous leadership of Eliot Gelb, President of Ohio Farmer's Inc., $2000 was raised for this year’s scholarship program as well as new uniforms purchased for the Jane Addams culinary program students.
